| Canteen 417 provides support when extended incidents occur that will require Firefighters and EMTs to remain on the scene for multiple hours or even days. The unit responds to provide hot and cold beverages and meals to nourish and sustain the personnel. Dedicated volunteer personnel respond 24/7. |
| The Canteen Unit (CAN417) recently underwent a major renovation to improve services for years to come. Interior changes include a more powerful generator, larger capacity refrigerator, new counter tops, flooring, microwave oven, coffee & hot water dispensers and more storage. Exterior improvements include a new paint job, retractable awning, reflective striping and lettering. |
